What we collect

When you use MYO we collect the email and account information you give us, the documents you upload or generate (CVs, cover letters), the jobs you save, and basic usage signals (page views, feature use). We do not collect data you did not give us.

How we use it

Your data is used to run the service: to show job matches, to write tailored documents, to track your reply rates and outcomes, and to keep your account secure. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

AI providers

MYO uses third-party AI models to generate text. Prompts and responses needed to provide the service are sent to those providers under data-processing terms that forbid training on your content.

Your rights

You can export your data at any time from the app. You can delete your account, which removes your personal data within 30 days. To exercise other rights under UK GDPR, email privacy@myo.chat.

Cookies

MYO uses essential cookies for sign-in and a small number of analytics cookies to understand product usage. You can turn off analytics in settings.
